I began my recruitment career in 2018 and work closely with data services and data product businesses, particularly across the Databricks, Snowflake, and AWS ecosystems. My focus is on helping high-growth organisations scale revenue-critical sales teams, with a core emphasis on Account Executive and VP of Sales-level hires.
I’m deeply embedded in the Data & AI sales market, spending my time speaking with top-performing sellers and senior leaders. This allows me to provide clients with access to elite GTM talent, alongside real-time insight into hiring trends, compensation, and candidate movement. I manage the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring pace, clarity, and momentum throughout.
