I’m a consultant on the actuarial team recruiting mid-to-senior Catastrophe Risk professionals. I work predominantly within catastrophe risk and exposure management, partnering with Lloyd’s syndicates, brokers, insurers and reinsurance MGAs across London.
I’m responsible for scaling the market to assist large insurers in sourcing niche, highly technical and knowledgeable candidates. I also support my candidates in reaching their full potential and providing the right opportunities through consultative advice and my understanding of the market.
Building a career where I can play to my strengths in investing in strong relationships is where I add value. I’m able to delve deeper into my client's business objectives and my candidate's needs from their next employer to ultimately mesh the right candidate with the right business and role.
