Specialising in corporate governance functions—specifically audit, risk, and compliance—I primarily work with clients in the insurance (Life, General Insurance, InsurTech) and financial services (Insurance, Asset Management, Banking) sectors. I support candidates ranging from assistant manager to department head level, focusing mainly on senior managers and above.
In my role as a consultant, I connect candidates with suitable positions by arranging calls, conducting interviews, and managing the entire offer and onboarding process. I also engage in market mapping and extensive networking to maintain a robust pool of potential candidates. By thoroughly understanding the expectations and personalities of both candidates and clients, I ensure mutually beneficial connections that foster growth and success for both parties.
