My recruitment career began in 2021, attracted by the opportunity of fast progression and deep exposure to a range of industries and sectors.

I specialise in making permanent CFO/FD placements, solely within private equity backed businesses. My clients range from burgeoning start-ups to high growth SMEs.

I split my time between curating a network of high-performing candidates, building new client relationships, and designing/leading recruitment processes.

Working in a specific niche, the individuals I partner with rely on me for more than just connecting each other. My real-time understanding of the market combined with an authentic personal approach is something they truly appreciate.
