Liam O'Mahoney

I am a partner and associate director of the compliance, risk and legal team, recruiting into alternative funds, asset managers and banks across the financial services sector in London.

Working with mid-to-senior candidates, I headhunt and source the best talent and tap into my extensive network to find them the next best role in the market that is right for their career and development. I also help my clients in taking a solutions-based approach to their business development needs and ensure their objective criteria and expectations are met.

I’m driven by being the best in my field. I ensure that when providing a high-class service, it’s insightful, communicative and consultative. I endeavour to supply honest and up-to-date market information and salary benchmarking for both my clients and candidates to advise on market conditions and processes.

Another side to my role is managing a successful team. Spending time to continually look for ways to improve and self-reflect makes me a better recruiter and manager. I enjoy working with people who are ambitious, driven, friendly, articulate, self-motivated and like to get into the details of the subject matter.
