As Partner & Executive Director at Eames Consulting, I lead the development and growth of our Corporate Functions and Technology & Digital Enablement practices in the UK. My role is focused on building the capability, structure, and culture required to scale these divisions sustainably, ensuring our teams are well supported, market-led, and consistently delivering exceptional outcomes.

With over a decade of experience in recruitment and leadership, I bring a strategic perspective to how we grow specialist teams, develop future leaders, and strengthen our position in high-growth, private equity-backed, financial services, insurance and commercial & industrial markets. I work closely with our leadership and consulting teams to shape how we operate, how we show up in the market, and how we continue to raise the bar across delivery, service, and performance.
