My main responsibility is sourcing high-quality talent for my client's business needs and matching candidates to the right role based on their skill set and career aspirations.

I ensure my service is best in class by prioritising keeping up-to-date with the market and providing effective communication and consultative advice to my clients and candidates to understand their needs fully.
