As Director at Eames Consulting, I lead our Philadelphia office and Technology & Digital Enablement practice across the US, with responsibility for growing our team and expanding our permanent and contract capabilities.
I’ve worked in technology recruitment since 2016, with experience spanning CRM, ERP, Cloud and, most recently, Data & AI. Today, my focus is on building high-performing specialist teams that can support mid-market and enterprise organizations, as well as consulting partners, with the expertise they need to deliver critical technology initiatives.
Alongside leading and developing our people, I’m responsible for growing our client base and ensuring we deliver consistently high standards. That means building genuine expertise in the markets we serve, staying close to emerging technologies and talent trends, and giving clients informed advice on market conditions, hiring strategies and where demand is heading.
Transparency and trust are central to how I work. The ambition is to build long-term partnerships where clients see Eames Consulting as an extension of their business, with access to specialist networks and market intelligence across both permanent and contract hiring.
