I’m an Associate Director at Eames Consulting, specialising in non-life actuarial recruitment across the London Market, Europe and Bermuda. With 10+ years in the market, I recruit actuaries from newly qualified to chief actuary across pricing, reserving, capital modelling and portfolio management, working with Lloyd’s syndicates, MGAs, commercial lines insurers and reinsurers.

I partner with chief actuaries, CEOs, CROs and heads of talent. My approach is consultative: I start with the team and the problem a hire needs to solve. Clients rely on me for candid advice, salary benchmarking and market insight.
