​How often can you get a career with a zest of excitement from a fast-paced industry? Imagine a career where you get to play an important role in helping define a candidate’s future? Now here I am in the recruitment and consultancy industry where I started my career back in December 2013.

As a Principal consultant for Eames Consulting, I specialize in Technology, Cybersecurity spaces. Most of the candidates that I work with are from the Mid-Senior Executive roles from the Financial Services and Commerce industries. I play the important role of helping organizations find the right talent that will have an impact in their business. I start the process by understanding my clients’ requirements and pain points, and then provide sound solutions that will address their struggles.

Throughout my years of experience, I have learned that building relations is one of the best assets in any career. That is why one of the proudest moments in my profession is when I was able to place the perfect candidate in a role and she informed me that she was in a great place. Being able to keep that relationship with clients and candidates and knowing that I have done a substantial work is definitely priceless.
