I began my recruitment career in 2018 as an in-house recruiter for an insurance firm, before moving into specialist recruitment. I’ve always had a passion for people—helping candidates find fulfilment in their careers and supporting clients to bridge talent gaps. Recruitment allows me to make a tangible impact, and when others find success, I find fulfilment too.
At Eames Consulting, I focus on Claims & Operations, specialising in candidate sourcing. My role is to take a client’s requirements and identify candidates who not only meet their technical needs but also align with their business culture and long-term goals. I support candidates from entry to mid-level roles, building lasting relationships and helping them achieve their career ambitions.
Clients describe me as insightful, consistent, and solutions-driven. I add value by staying close to market trends, providing actionable insight, and tailoring my approach to each search. One of my proudest career moments was placing a candidate with a non-profit organisation. Despite initial misalignment, I built trust on both sides, found common ground, and years later that candidate has progressed into a leadership role—a success story I’m proud to have played a part in.
