I began my recruitment career in 2014, attracted to the fast-paced and high-achieving environment. At Eames Consulting, I specialise in placing mid to senior-level accounting and finance professionals—ranging from second-time movers to Finance Directors—within industry and commerce. My clients include mid to large SMEs across energy, property, retail/FMCG, agencies, and consulting. 

My focus is on growing our Accounting & Finance team, building new client relationships, and delivering a seamless recruitment process. I pride myself on honest communication, attention to detail, and attracting top talent while advising clients on building high-performing teams. 

With over a decade of experience, I combine strong process management with a people-first approach to ensure every hire adds real value. A career highlight was growing a London-based team from four to 13, resulting in several internal promotions, including my own.
