I joined Eames in 2018 and work as a consultant within the technology team, specialising in cyber security within insurance, finance, and Fintech, recruiting mid- senior level professionals. My main responsibility is helping my community of candidates to find new opportunities within a vast marketplace of potential employers and to support my clients with their business objectives in sourcing high-quality talent with the right skills, experience, and character to be successful in their departments.
I am a people’s person and thoroughly enjoy building relationships within my network. When I am working, I take the time to understand what I am doing, I ask the right questions with the end goal of providing an excellent service to both my candidates and clients.
