I started my recruitment career in 2017, drawn to the opportunity to help people grow and succeed while discovering new industries and honing my business skills. At Eames Consulting, I specialize in recruiting Claims and Legal professionals, partnering with insurance and consulting firms. I support candidates at all levels, from entry-level specialists to senior managers and attorneys focused on insurance and employment law. 

My role combines business development, sourcing top talent, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates. I’m passionate about delivering a quality, personalized experience and providing market insights to help clients make the best hiring decisions. 

A career highlight for me was helping a long-term jobseeker secure a role after months of challenges. Seeing them thrive reminded me of the difference we can make in people’s lives. To me, being an opportunity maker means empowering others to achieve their goals and creating environments where potential can flourish.
