I’m a Senior Principal at Eames Consulting, specialising in Broking & Underwriting across the London insurance market. I began my recruitment career in 2021 and work closely with Lloyd’s and London Market insurers, syndicates, MGAs and broking houses. My focus is on senior underwriting and broking appointments, where I partner with clients to solve complex hiring challenges in a fast‑moving, performance‑driven environment.

What attracted me to recruitment and what continues to motivate me is the opportunity to work closely with people, solve problems and deliver against clear targets. I pride myself on building strong, trusted relationships and understanding both client and candidate needs in depth.
