Recruitment has always been a part of my story—I grew up in a family-run recruitment business, long before technology transformed the industry. From newspaper adverts to today’s digital platforms, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful connections can shape careers and change lives. I officially began my own journey in 2021, specialising in general insurance.

Most of my success stories come from the Lloyd’s of London market, but I also support consultancies and wider commercial and personal lines clients. I typically partner with professionals from entry to mid-senior levels, helping them navigate a complex market with clarity, confidence, and insight.
