Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver projects through all PMM stages: Initiation, Define, Organize & Plan, Implement & Control, and Handover & Closure.
  • Oversee network service operations, addressing vendor and departmental concerns related to contracts, SLAs, and operations.
  • Provide technical expertise in diverse network technologies, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and software-defined networking (SDN).
  • Coordinate with project team members (via matrix reporting) to ensure project success.
  • Manage project scope changes and document associated risks and issues.
  • Escalate unresolved risks and issues to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Communicate project updates and provide regular reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Facilitate resolution of team conflicts and integration issues to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • At least 3 years of experience in Project Management within an IT infrastructure setting.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and technologies, including LAN, WAN, and SDN.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Effective in both independent work and team collaboration.
  • Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or CITPM) are advantageous.
