Account Manager

Step into a high-impact account management role where you'll shape client relationships, drive growth across the Benelux insurance market, and play a pivotal part in the digital transformation of commercial (re)insurance.

You'll work closely with brokers, carriers and MGAs, driving adoption of a modern digital trading platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key client accounts across the Benelux region, building long-term partnerships.

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities within commercial P&C markets.

• Lead client onboarding, implementation and ongoing platform adoption.

• Deliver platform demos, training and account reviews, acting as a trusted product expert.

Qualifications / Experience

• Experience in Commercial P&C (re)insurance, broking, underwriting or insurance account management.

• Strong understanding of broker-carrier workflows and the risk placement process.

• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building and presentation skills.

• Interest in insurtech and digital transformation within insurance.
