This is a senior, commercially focused role with real ownership of portfolio performance. An excellent opportunity for a pricing professional ready to step into a high-impact leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and trading strategy to drive profitable portfolio growth

• Monitor performance, loss ratios, and market trends

• Deliver and implement data-led rate change decisions

• Partner with actuarial, analytics, and underwriting teams

Key Requirements

• 7 years' experience in general insurance pricing (UK Motor preferred)

• Proven commercial and analytical capability

• Experience with GLM and pricing tools (RADAR, SQL, Python desirable)

• Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication skills
