Senior Actuary - UK/EU

We are seeking a Senior Actuary to join our UK/EU Actuarial Pricing Team. What you'll do:

• Evaluate and price new MGA opportunities to meet profitability targets, developing rating strategies and algorithm updates.

• Support a panel of existing Member MGAs with ongoing actuarial guidance and analysis.

• Collaborate across Underwriting, Distribution, Claims, and Technology to maximise actuarial impact.

• Identify trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.

• Drive creative solutions to enhance how actuarial insights are delivered at scale.

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years P&C actuarial experience (commercial lines preferred), strong analytical and modelling skills, and an IFoA Associate/Fellow.

• Proven ability to work across diverse insurance products and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Self-motivated, curious, collaborative, and fluent in English (additional European languages a plus).
