Reserving Actuary

I am currently working with a global speciality insurer operating in the Lloyd's market, they are looking for a Reserving Actuary to join their team.

You will be required to support on quarterly reviews of reserves across international group platforms and deliver Solvency II technical provisions along with the associated regulatory/Lloyd's returns.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical/analytical background as well as excellent communication skills. You will be required to lead meetings with underwriters and claims teams to determine the scope and direction of deep-dive analyses.

Advanced Excel skills are required as well as experience with programming languages such as VBA, SQL, Python, or R.

I am looking to speak with recently qualified candidates with a minimum of 3 years of core reserving experience within the London Market.

The role is hybrid and requires 3 days a week in the London office.
