Claims Transformation Lead, (Senior) Director - Life Insurance

As the Claims Transformation Lead, you will drive large-scale health and claims-related initiatives to improve processes, quality, and services. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project delivery, and implement new technologies to achieve operational and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional project teams including IT, business analysts, legal, and finance.
• Define project roadmaps and manage scope, requirements, and implementation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare business cases and present to local and regional committees.
• Identify resource needs and set clear goals for team members.
• Build strong relationships across departments to support project success.
• Drive initiatives focused on service quality, efficiency, and innovation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and system enhancements.

Shared Responsibilities:

• Represent the team in project and departmental meetings.
• Contribute to the development and execution of global strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial services or insurance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of claims operations and supporting systems.
• Experience managing teams in dynamic environments.
• Proficient in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies; familiar with tools like JIRA.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
