We are seeking an experienced and proactive QA Automation Manager to spearhead quality assurance efforts across a portfolio of enterprise IT projects. This role will oversee test strategy development, automation architecture, and the QA team's activities, ensuring robust testing processes.

You will lead both strategic and hands-on testing efforts while mentoring a team of QA professionals and collaborating with developers, analysts, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead quality assurance initiatives across a portfolio of enterprise-level technology projects.
  • Define and implement test automation strategies and standards across diverse platforms.
  • Evaluate current QA processes and tools to identify areas of improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Guide the selection and adoption of modern test automation tools, including emerging low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align test strategies with business and technical objectives.
  • Oversee planning, development, and execution of both manual and automated test cases.
  • Support regional teams in the deployment and maintenance of test automation frameworks.
  • Mentor and upskill QA engineers in automation best practices and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational quality, security, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimally 10 years in QA/testing, with at least 2-3 years in a lead or architect role driving automation strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; automation or QA certifications are advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of QA frameworks, automation methodologies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity or hands-on experience with tools such as SmartBear, ReadyAPI, LoadNinja, TestComplete, or ACCELQ.
  • Prior experience implementing low-code/no-code automation tools in enterprise environments.
  • Ability to assess technical and business requirements and design scalable test automation approaches.
  • Experience working in globally distributed teams or projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to evangelize automation benefits and influence across departments.
