About the Role:

Lead the integrated healthcare programme by setting strategic direction, driving key initiatives, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver accessible, affordable, and effective healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Define programme priorities and deliverables to achieve business, customer, and financial objectives.

Operational Execution: Mobilize and manage diverse teams and oversee daily operations to ensure timely execution of initiatives.

Financial Management: Drive financial performance by growing key business metrics, increasing profitability, and optimizing cost ratios.

Customer Experience: Create and refine end-to-end care journeys that set a new standard for health customer experiences.

Team Development: Foster a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment through regular coaching, performance reviews, and capability building.

Governance & Planning: Lead business planning and budgeting, ensuring effective resource allocation and alignment with strategic goals.

About You

• Over 10 years of experience in the life/health insurance or healthcare sectors.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proven track record in achieving business results.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
