Operations Service Management, Officer / Senior Officer

Job responsibilities:

• Monitor the Quality Control process and coordinate with vendors to resolve unidentified digitalized documentation.
• Manage the generation, production and distribution of policy contracts, as well as delivery notifications to clients and agents, ensuing compliance with established service levels and quality criteria.
• Monitor document digitalization services to ensure compliance with agreed Service Level.
• Oversee the daily output of the clerical team, addressing any issues to maintain accuracy in deliverables.
• Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure data accuracy.
• Identify and streamline operations to eliminate unnecessary complexity, fostering improved workflows.
• Consolidate and analyze data from diverse sources to generate comprehensive management reports.

Requirements:

• University graduate with minimum 3 years of working experience
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Good PC skills in MS office
