Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive business decisions? Join a dynamic Exposure Management team where you'll work alongside experienced professionals, using sophisticated modelling and analytics to assess risk exposure and support key business decisions.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Provide comprehensive modelling output to aid in the pricing process and support underwriting decisions.
• Review and enhance risk models to optimise stakeholder decision-making.
• Maintain strong relationships with underwriters, clients, and brokers, facilitating clear communication and continuous improvement.
• Assist with internal and external reporting and help design risk management strategies in line with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting governance activities.

Key qualifications include:

• Strong experience in risk analytics modelling using tools such as RMS RiskLink, AIR Touchstone, and others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of SQL and/or Python being advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Experience in the (re)insurance market, with an understanding of underwriting and risk management processes.
