Key Responsibilities

• Leading with a team of professionals to provide comprehensive US tax services to funds and alternative funds.
• Assist in preparing US federal/state partnership tax returns and addressing other compliance matters for hedge funds, private equity investment funds, and financial service companies.
• Facilitate correspondence with US tax authorities on client-related tax matters.
• Support FATCA-related engagements and offer clients regulatory updates on FATCA.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with an emphasis in economics, finance, or law (advanced degree in economics, law, tax, or accounting is desirable).
• Professional accountancy qualification or actively working towards one; AICPA qualification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
