A leading pensions consultancy is seeking an experienced Pensions Management Consultant to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality pension scheme governance, secretarial, and management services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead outsourced support for in-house pensions teams.
Act as a scheme secretary on a permanent or interim basis.
Serve as the primary contact for clients and scheme advisers.
Manage projects and oversee service delivery in line with client contracts.
Ensure full compliance with pension scheme governance requirements.
Oversee budgets and identify out-of-scope activities.
Drive business development opportunities, including networking, marketing, and client pitches.
Lead and mentor team members, fostering professional growth.
About You:
Strong experience in pensions management, governance, or scheme secretarial roles.
Excellent knowledge of pension regulations, governance codes, and best practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in business development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems.
APMI/FPMI qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
