Operations Manager

Eames is working with a cutting-edge insurance data and platform provider on the appointment of an Operations Manager to join their growing UK and European Operations team on a remote working basis.

The successful individual will be working alongside core business functions such as Sales/Distribution, Finance and Technology to help manage essential data from their Underwriting members. This will be achieved through analysis and ensuring data quality whilst acting as the point contact on all data related queries, problems and solutions.

As a Senior member within Operations you will also play a key part in implementing new procedures and controls, management of due diligence and on-boarding whilst having oversight of outsourced operations.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience within Property and Liability Insurance and prior knowledge of managing MGA Operations.
