I am a Managing Consultant on the broking and underwriting team at Eames Consulting in the UK, recruiting mid-to-senior professionals within insurance. My area of expertise lies within financial lines, political violence, terrorism, and M&amp;A, working predominantly with insurers, syndicates, brokers and MGAs.
Throughout my career, I have built and continue to build an established network of brokers and underwriters within different classes of business to be able to supply my clients with the industry's top talent.
I take a truly consultative approach and thrive on creating long-standing relationships with my clients and candidates.&nbsp;
I enjoy working in a role where progression isn&rsquo;t limited. I also find the market I recruit into fascinating with the ever-changing landscape and the impact political, environmental and social events have on the market.
