Want to move into the growing Specialty Insurance Market and transfer your Catastrophe Modelling experience from any line of business?
Eames Consulting has partnered with an established syndicate in the search for an Exposure Management Analyst to join its Specialty Modelling function that works closely with Underwriters, Capital Modellers and Pricing Analysts.
This is an excellent opportunity for either a Catastrophe Analyst or Exposure Management Analyst to specialise in Marine, Energy, and/or Aviation and further develop technically and commercially. In this role, you would work collaboratively with multiple functions to implement a view of risk, support business planning (including portfolio steering), automate processes, and enhance exposure management capabilities. Other responsibilities will include event response, catastrophe modelling, Lloyd's reporting/returns, and defining efficient workflows.
To be considered for this role, 1-3 years of experience within a London Catastrophe Modelling or Exposure Management function is required. The ideal candidate will have experience using Verisk Touchstone and Sequel Impact and ability to edit and write scripts in SQL. Knowledge of PowerBI or other MI tools is also desired.
