Senior Associate - Tax

My client is one of the leading player in the Financial Services industry. They are currently seeking for a Senior Associate for their Tax Team. To support the team on tax structuring/ tax due diligence in relation to acquisitions, on-going maintenance of structures/ any restructuring and divestment. This includes assisting with review of cash flow models. Provide proactive and timely tax support to the Business working closely with the Finance team. This includes direct/ indirect taxes and transfer pricingWork closely with Finance team and oversee all direct and indirect tax returns prepared by external advisors.
