Permanent opportunity to join a $100bn AUM Asset Manager who specialises within Alternative Investing. You will take on a highly visible role covering all aspects of the Operational lifecycle of a Fund, providing SME insight and support to Senior Management
The role has a wide remit, and will engage with stakeholders ranging from Portfolio Managers, C-Suite leaders, Investor Relations, Treasury as well as external vendors (TPA / Transfer Agency etc). Due to the scope of the role, tasks will be varied, and you will have exposure to funds domiciled in Lux, Cayman, Dublin and other major hubs and support on planned fund / product launches.
We are seeking individuals with proven Private Equity Operations experience, from either a mid sized or large Alternatives house who are seeking to expand their remit scope and stakeholder exposure. There is a drive for implementing new technologies, as well as leveraging existing ones to improve output, therefore strong knowledge of Investran, eFront, Aladdin or similar is required.
Key Experience Required
- Proven Private Equity Operations experience, circa 8-10 years would be a suitable level
- Additionally we will consider those from Fund Control, Fund Oversight or Private Equity Audit
- Knowledge of the reporting requirements of Private Market Funds (Mifid, SFDR etc) and how they impact the fund lifecycle
- Ability to understand the full operational lifecycle of a Private Equity / Alternative Fund, and identify solutions to resolve any issues within the individual Funds
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to work in an efficient and organised way, and present information clearly in both written and verbal form
- A background in accounting would be beneficial due to the nature of the work, but a formal qualification is not essential
Salary circa €100,000 + bonus, but open to negotiation for a strong candidate
Working rights in Ireland required, visa transfer for a strong candidate based in Ireland considered
