Eames Consulting are working with a reputable personal lines insurer on the appointment of an Insurance Performance Manager to be based in any of the following locations: York, Bristol, Norwich, London, Manchester, Leeds and Glasgow.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Design and implement strategic initiatives to meet business objectives.</li><li>Take ownership of portfolio performance, driving profitability through key initiatives.</li><li>Lead, engage, and motivate both direct and virtual teams to achieve desired outcomes.</li><li>Analyse various sources of information to make informed decisions and take action.</li></ul>The ideal candidate will have demonstrable understanding of the personal lines insurance market whilst delivering exceptional customer and commercial improvements to drive the business forward.
