Senior Catastrophe R&D Manager - Exclusive to Eames

Are you an experienced Catastrophe Researcher looking to move into a defined management position?

Eames Consulting has exclusively partnered with one of the largest syndicates in the market as it looks to grow its R&D function after an internal promotion. In this role, the selected candidate will oversee a Research and Development function in London and abroad across a range of projects covering all perils.

Day-to-day responsibilities will cover:

• Leading model evaluation projects
• Production of modelling solutions across all peril
• View of risk research
• Communicating research results to various stakeholders (internal and external)
• Maintaining and developing business relationships (model vendors, universities, etc.)
• Management of an international R&D function

The ideal candidate will be an established Senior CAT R&D Analyst in London with experience completing and presenting research across multiple perils. Extensive knowledge of both Verisk and RMS modelling software and strong technical skills is required.
