Winta Zegay Joins Eames Consulting as principal consultant in Change & Transformation

We are delighted to welcome Winta Zegay as a Principal Consultant in our Change & Transformation specialism. Based in London, Winta will focus on permanent roles within the insurance market, leveraging her extensive expertise to support clients in navigating today’s dynamic landscape. 

With over eight years of recruitment experience in change and technology, Winta has built a strong reputation for delivering results across the financial services sector, including insurance, banking, and professional services. Having spent more than seven years as a senior team member at Alexander Ash, she brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to our growing team.
